New in Mile Manager Deluxe, ver 2.1

This latest version incorporates a series of bug fixes
and tune-ups, over previous versions (e.g. 2.00, 1.x).

Features of version 2.1 include: 
* increased options to the user for customizing the reports 
  (data blocks that can be toggled in or out of reports, custom
  title and subtitles, better options as report sort fields)
* additional internal database fields, to help the application
  detect, track and notify the user of stale or changing data.
  For example, if the time or mileage rate definitions for a 
  custom "Usage Category" are changed, and the user subsequently 
  recalls a trip record linked that usage category - and which 
  was last modified before the rate changes were made, then the 
  user can now be notified, and asked whether or not he wishes 
  to back-propogate the new rate to the older trip record, and 
  update the database with the newly calculated data (a simple 
  "yes/no" from the user, and the application takes care of it.)
* muitiple minor tune-ups to the interface, including better 
  support for different user screen resolutions.  Also, now the
  application remembers the window positions for all significant
  window types in the application.
* some fixes to forms throughout in the application, involving 
  keyboard shortcuts that were a little disruptive during data
  entry.
